Hello!
My name is Sara, though my friends call me Saris, and I'm an Illustrator based in the small city of Bilbao in Spain.
I was once an economist working with numbers and I worked in advertising agencies for several years while living in Italy, but then I discovered I was happier with colored pencils in my hands, drawing happiness and tenderness through rosy-cheeked characters.
Since then I've had the opportunity to work on some beautiful projects all around the world. I’m the illustrator behind the book “Gemini” from Tiny Zodiac, “Bonkawonkagonka” coming out this summer, and “Annie Angel and Tiny Tina” already on preorder and coming out this fall.
Apart from illustrating, I love learning languages and traveling, and I love seeing my work making children and grown ups happy everywhere.
